Townhomes & PUDs

Your primary residence, a second home, or an investment property you've owned for at least 12 months. Title must be held in your name or a revocable living trust, not an LLC or other business entity. High-rise condos, co-ops, manufactured homes, and homes purchased in the last 90 days aren't eligible.
